We are offering $1000/month plus performance bonuses. Skytian Capital is looking for a Full-time Bookkeeper/Research Associate.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Quickbooks
- Experience as a bookkeeper or accountant
- Can work 40 hours a week in the EST timezone
- Experience as research or investment analyst with a bank, investment firm, real estate, or consulting firm is a plus but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with partners, brokers, leasing agents, lenders, etc to gather information
- Research and gather relevant data on housing, apts, markets, financials, and relevant real estate data for analysis and valuation
- Run financial models to assess the viability of targets multifamily investments
- Track portfolio company progress and financial performance
- Track expenses and accounts on QuickBooks and produce reports for management and tax purposes
