• Must have experience of 1-2 years in telemarketing – preferably in Personal Lines Insurance/Auto.
• Experienced in DYL or Logic Dialer for cold call to live transfer calls, setting appointments, and uploading leads.
• A decent internet connection minimum of 10mbps.
• Must be really motivated and honest.
• Strong computer and software skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently in order to communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner, especially to difficult prospects.
• Must have a quiet professional space office. (No background noises)
• Work in Night Shift – Pacific Time (PT) USA TIME

Please note: Your sole responsibility is to call leads and no back-office work. Compensation: $4 per hour +commission and bonus goal. Est. depending on performance: Base+Commission = $750-$950/a month
