We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives for Email Support & Inbound/Outbound Call Agents. This is a long-term remote position with opportunities for rate increases and performance-based bonuses.

Requirements:
- Able to work full time (M-F 9am-6pm ET)
- 3+ years experience in customer care (previous work with top ecommerce sites is a plus! (ie: Amazon, Staples, Office Depot, Walmart, UPS, eBay, Shopify stores, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls.
- Send email responses
- Responding to customers about delivery times and order status
Compensation: -starting hourly rate $2.5/hr -increase after a month depends on the performance -bonuses once regular -payout thru Paypal bi-weekly
Job Skills
- Experience in customer support in e-commerce
- Very familiar with e-commerce (amazon,CRM,etc)
- High sense of customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
EMAIL/CHAT SUPPORT
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers inquiries through email
- Communication with both customers and the warehouse
- Provide detailed responses and inquiries
Job Skills
- Must have Microsoft Excel experience
- Must be very proficient and fluent in English
- Quick witted problem solvers
- Data entry specialist

OUTBOUND AGENTS
Responsibilities
- Placing follow-up calls for target clients who ordered from us
- Promoting and pitching products related to the clients previous purchases
- Responding to customers about delivery times and order status
