Our company is looking for an optimistic Nurse Recruiter who has excellent communication skills and can work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to candidates who apply, and try to recruit them
- Ensures that all applicants have the requite documents to work like License, etc.
- Establish and maintain relationships with them
- Excellent communications skills (Both oral and written)
- An infectious energy and enthusiasm
- Sources candidates
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools and agencies as outreach activities for recruitment.
