Needing a Virtual Assistant with knowledge in Mercury Connective and Real Estate
WE ARE HIRING! Our team is needing a Virtual Assistant with knowledge in Mercury Connective and Real Estate. This position will be working directly with the business owner.
Responsibilities:
- He/she will do a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing client's data record in Mercury CRM, Creates Borrowing Capacity, Product Comparison and Funding Position, Creates Statement of advice for Risk Insurance, etc.
- Does research whenever your client needs information on a specific matter.
- Assist with special projects or tasks whenever requested or needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of information and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Connective or their Mercury platform is a MUST
- At least a year of proven experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant.
- Must have a good command of the English language
- Good work ethics
- Keen to details and well-organized
- Able to work under pressure
- Preferably with Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other systems or tools for tracking
