• Full-time position
• Experience in real estate / property management / construction
• Experience in resident services / maintenance / repairs an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Google applications (Gmail, Gsheet, etc)
• Good listening, probing and multi-tasking skills
• Good work ethics, fast learner and willing to be trained
• Flexible and able to work as part of a team
• Main and backup devices required
• Willing to work on weekends
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Send email and SMS to both residents and dispatchers
• Create work orders / repairs tickets
• Keep track of all communications done daily
• Other duties assigned as needed
