We are looking for a highly qualified customer service representative to join our growing team. At InXpress we support small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S. with their international and domestic shipping needs.
Responsibilities would include the following:
- Support inbound/outbound call for current customers
- Support inbound/outbound emails
- Generate quotes based on customer requests
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers
- Support training and troubleshooting of our shipping software
- Process and book shipments for customers
- Provide support on billing and invoice inquiries
Requirements:
- English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Willing to work U.S Time Zone(s), Full Time
- Access to high-speed internet (compensated)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and grow
