ARCA Digital is urgently hiring for multiple Virtual Assistants roles with relevant tech, creative, marketing and administrative skills.
Skills and Related Experiences · Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) · Social Media content creation · Eye for good design and graphics · Knowledge of Canva · Knowledge of WordPress (not required but an advantage) · Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (not required but an advantage) · Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Sales Funnels (not required but an advantage) · Comfortable with learning and performing technical tasks (training will be provided) · Administrative tasks such as calendar and email management
Roles and Responsibilities · Oversee client schedule and organize calendar · Email management · Email outreach, list cleanup, create automations · Create and post social media content · Create graphics · Content Writing · Integrate third party apps and tools · WordPress maintenance and updates · Blog posting · Training will be provided for most of these tasks
Requirements · Eager to learn and highly trainable · Looking to grow with company and stay long-term · Flexible working hours but a quick response time is essential · Excellent English communication skills – oral and written · $6/hr. to start, will undergo a 3-month probation and evaluation period · Work performance will be evaluated every 3 months, may qualify for a raise and more perks, benefits
Compensation · Part time to start ($6/hr to $8/hr based on experience), going full-time · 5 days a week · Pay bi-weekly
