Rate: $700 USD/month Full-time; appraisal after 6 months; paid monthly thru Transferwise Job Role: Appointment Setter Work Hours and Schedule: 40 Hours per week, 3PM to 12AM Manila time; with possible weekends Benefits: Vacation and Sick Leaves after 6 months of tenure
Purpose of position: To book as many incredible clients into the Senior Salesperson’s calendar as possible. To begin the transformation of their lives on the booking call and ensure all clients who are a good fit are booked in and excited to talk to the Senior Salesperson further. To turn management of messenger inquiries into a lead generation tool and generate quality leads with cold calls to potential clients (minimal).
Responsibilities:
- Main role is to be the appointment setter thru social media platforms with cold calls to potential clients (minimal).
- Ensures Sales KPI tracking of results daily and weekly
- Booking qualified leads to triage calls
- Ensures that enough booking calls are made to hit weekly and monthly targets
- Learn the basic skills to be able to sufficiently book qualified leads into the Senior Salespersons calendar.
- FB Messenger chat with all new leads nurturing, taking care of them, rendering quality support and engaging into quality personalized conversations to help them understand and adapt a new lifestyle that would allow them to reach their personal fitness goals
- Supports Head of Sales in identifying Strategic Joint Venture opportunities, begin the discussions and serve potential qualified opportunities to head of sales
- Set up cold call database of leads to bulk email/SMS
- Write sales systems and set up sales training for internal team as well as clients sales teams
- Document system operating procedures and update processes to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency
- Recommends course of action and implements as approved

Desirable Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Appointment setter should be an excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with clients and customers all day long, with previous customer service experience, and demonstrates the following skills and qualifications:
- Sales Skills – must have basic knowledge of sales principles. Knowledgeable in garnering interest in the product or service that the company is selling
- Customer Service Experience – previous world class customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Data Entry Skills – should be a skilled data entry employee who can type at fast speeds with high accuracy at 35 wpm
- Interpersonal Communication Skills – a professional who can talk to clients all day through chats and emails. Excellent with interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Organization Skills – This skill is required for scheduling of appointments; should be highly organized employee and knows what’s going on with the salesperson
